Your assessments

Our hub does not send or save your assessment answers, scores or health measurements. These remain in the browser tab. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. They are not used to select marketing audiences.

Optional contact forms

We Are Wellbeing Ltd is responsible for the contact details you choose to submit. The form collects your first name, email, selected service interests, support format and timing preferences. Support enquiries can also include your preferred next step and appointment time. You do not need to submit a form to use any tool or view results.

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, including taking steps at your request before a potential service agreement. We send ongoing marketing only if you actively tick the marketing checkbox. An enquiry by itself does not subscribe you. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use.

Where submitted details go

FormSubmit processes your submission and routes it to our hello@wearewellbeing.co.uk inbox. It may ask you to complete anti-spam verification. The form includes its version, consent wording, your opt-in choice and a browser-generated submission time so we can keep a record of your request. FormSubmit may also process technical information to operate its service; see FormSubmit’s privacy information.

We use the preferences you select to respond with relevant information. We do not send your details to an independent coach, nutritionist or personal trainer without discussing that with you first.

Retention and your choices

Contact details should be retained only while needed to handle your enquiry or provide the emails you requested. If you unsubscribe, a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further marketing. Contact us to ask about retention, request access or correction, request deletion, or object to use of your information.

To withdraw marketing consent, use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or email hello@wearewellbeing.co.uk. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you have a privacy concern.
