We Are Wellbeing Ltd collects your name, company and email when you open our free resource library. We use these details to understand who uses our resources and manage enquiries. Your details are stored in our Supabase database and are not visible to other visitors.

Optional marketing

Only tick the marketing box if you want wellbeing tips, resources and information about our services by email. Access does not depend on consent. We record your choice, the wording shown and the time you submit it. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe option in our marketing emails or by emailing hello@wearewellbeing.co.uk.

Your browser

We remember that you have opened the library during this browser session, so you do not have to complete the form again when you return in the same tab. Your name and email are not stored in that browser marker.

Your information

We do not sell your details. We keep them only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. To ask about our use of your information, request access, correction or deletion, or object to its use, contact hello@wearewellbeing.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
