Sleep & energy
Build routines that support recovery, focus and consistent energy.
Health & wellbeing coaching
When an employee feels overwhelmed, does not know where to start or struggles to stay accountable, six confidential sessions provide a clear and achievable way forward.

Why one-to-one support
Employees often understand that sleep, movement, stress and healthy habits matter. The difficult part is deciding where to begin and maintaining change around real pressures.
Coaching creates protected time to think, choose a meaningful goal and follow through—with practical guidance and accountability rather than judgement.
Whole-person coaching
The conversation follows the employee’s priorities. Coaches connect physical and mental wellbeing, everyday circumstances and sustainable behaviour change.
Build routines that support recovery, focus and consistent energy.
Find realistic ways to become more active around work and everyday life.
Turn good intentions around nutrition and lifestyle into sustainable action.
Understand pressure, strengthen coping tools and protect recovery.
Build momentum, recognise progress and recover from setbacks.
Create clearer boundaries and make space for what matters.
Six-session programme
Each 60-minute online session builds on the last. The journey remains flexible enough to respond to the person while keeping progress visible.
Explore what is happening now, what matters to the employee and where change would help most.
Choose a focused, realistic goal rather than trying to improve everything at once.
Turn the goal into practical actions that fit the employee’s life, role and circumstances.
Test new habits, apply useful tools and build confidence through experience.
Review barriers and setbacks without judgement, then adjust the approach.
Recognise progress and leave with a clear plan for maintaining positive change.
What changes
The coach does not prescribe a perfect lifestyle. They help the employee choose achievable actions, learn from what happens and build confidence through progress.
Repeated across six sessions, this simple rhythm helps new behaviours become easier to maintain.
Confidentiality & reporting
Personal coaching conversations remain confidential. Reporting gives both parties useful information without compromising trust.
For the employee
The employee receives a clear record of agreed goals, actions and progress to support ownership between sessions and beyond the programme.
For the organisation
The organisation receives programme-level insight without identifiable personal information or details of confidential conversations.
Trust comes first. Individual disclosures, personal goals and private conversation details are not shared with the employer.
Clear professional boundaries
Health and wellbeing coaching is practical, forward-looking support. Coaches do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment.
