Testicular Cancer Awareness Month 2025
Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in males ages 15 – 44 in the UK, and each year around 2,400 people are newly diagnosed.
Our wellbeing strategy allows us to get an overview of your organisation, plan your programme and continually monitor it throughout delivery. This ensures your people are getting the most out of our services.
Our survey aims to find out how your people feel about wellbeing, what’s important to them and what they will engage with. This report gives us valuable clues as to which areas of wellbeing your business needs to focus on.
Now you know where to focus your efforts, we’ll plan your bespoke wellbeing programme. This includes which services we recommend, how we will run your programme and how it will be managed.
Getting the launch right is vital to the success of our programme. After all, you’ll need your employee’s support and enthusiasm to get the programme off the ground! We’ll work with you on comms and delivery to ensure maximum employee engagement from the get-go.
We’ll review the success of your wellbeing programme throughout the year. This allows us to maximise its effectiveness and ensures you’re getting the best results from your programme.
