A Motivational Map is a diagnostic tool that uncovers the key factors that motivate an individual, and how motivated they are against each of these.
Motivational Maps can be used by individuals, teams and organisations to understand and prioritise what motivates. This enables improved decision-making, communication, relationships and team working.
The Motivational Map is a ten-page report which gets emailed to you straight after the completion of a 10 min online questionnaire. A coaching or mentoring session(s) can then be delivered to help with individual/ team development on the findings.
